A. PERSONAL INFORMATION We may collect Personal Information in the following forms: a. Information You provide. We collect various forms of data from or about You, depending on how You use Our services. The data listed below is stored by Us and linked to Your account and consultation records. i. Account Data: To be able to use Our consulting services (such as registering for a consultation session, Study Overseas, Study Excursion, or Scholarships), You need to create an account or fill out a registration form. When You create or update an account, We will collect and store the data You provide, such as full name, email address, password, phone/WhatsApp number, date of birth, age, gender, nationality, occupation, interests and talents, educational goals, and parent/guardian data (if You are under 18 years of age). ii. Profile Data: You may also choose to provide profile information such as a photo, short biography, educational background, languages spoken, and social media profile links. iii. Academic and Application Support Data: In order to assist the application process to overseas educational institutions and/or scholarship applications, We collect Your academic documents and data, including report cards, academic transcripts, diplomas, certificates, results of language proficiency and/or standardized tests (such as IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, and similar), curriculum vitae/resumes, essays or personal statements, letters of recommendation, portfolios, as well as Your record of chosen universities/majors and application status. iv. Identity and Travel Document Data: For the purposes of visa processing and departure preparation, We may collect copies of Your national identity card (KTP), family card (KK), passport, photographs, and other official identity documents, including those of Your parent/guardian for underage students. v. Financial and Funding Planning Data: In connection with Our Financial Planning services, We may collect data related to Your financial capacity and education funding plans, such as proof of finances/bank statements, sponsorship letters, and other funding information required for school, university, and/or visa application purposes. Data for Our consulting service payments (such as name and postal code) is collected as needed to process transactions; sensitive payment data such as full credit card numbers is processed directly by Our payment partners and is not stored by Us. vi. Communication and Consultation Data: We retain records of Your communications with Our education consultants, including inquiries, consultation session outcomes, guidance notes, and correspondence via email, WhatsApp, phone, or forms on the Platform. vii. Data about Your account on other services: We may obtain certain information through Your social media accounts (such as Instagram) if You interact with Us through such platforms, subject to Your privacy settings on the relevant platform. If You access or use Our Platform through a third-party platform, or click on any third-party link (including websites of destination educational institutions), the collection, use, and sharing of Your data on such sites will also be subject to the privacy policies and other agreements of that third party. b. Information We collect automatically. For each visit You make to Our Platform, We may automatically collect the following information: i. Technical information, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, the type and version of browser used, time zone settings, operating system, and device type. ii. Information about Your visit, including the pages You visit, the time and duration of Your visits to the Platform, the links You click, and the phone number used to contact Us via WhatsApp or other channels. c. Information We receive from other sources. We may receive information about You from educational institutions, universities, scholarship partners, visa agents, translation service providers, payment service providers, analytics providers, and other business partners ("Our Partners") to the extent necessary to support Your application process and consulting services. We will take reasonable steps to verify such information in accordance with Applicable Law. B. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION We use Your data to provide Our services, communicate with You, process education and scholarship applications, assist with visa processing and departure, provide funding plans, protect against fraud and misuse, improve the quality of Our services, and as required by law. More specifically, We use Your Personal Information to: ● Provide and manage Our education consulting services, including Study Overseas, Study Excursion, and Scholarships; ● Prepare, review, and submit Your application files to destination universities, schools, or scholarship-granting institutions; ● Assist with the visa application process, including document translation and coordination with embassies/visa agents; ● Provide recommendations and education funding plans (Financial Planning); ● Prepare You for departure, including orientation, pick-up, and accommodation arrangements abroad; ● Process payments for consulting services; ● Communicate with You regarding Your account, application, and requests, including responding to inquiries and sending administrative updates; ● Send You information about new services, promotions, available scholarships, and newsletters (which You may opt out of at any time); ● Manage Your account and account preferences; ● Facilitate the technical functions of the Platform, including troubleshooting, securing the Platform, and preventing fraud and misuse; ● Request feedback from users; ● Improve the quality of the Platform and develop new services and features; ● Analyze trends and Platform usage; ● Advertise Our services on third-party websites and applications; ● As required or permitted by law; or ● As We, at Our sole discretion, otherwise determine is necessary to ensure the safety or integrity of users, Our employees, third parties, the public, or Our Platform. We may combine information We receive from other sources with information You provide and information We collect automatically, and use such combined information for the purposes set out above. C. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION We may share or disclose Personal Information with members of Our corporate group, which includes branches and subsidiaries, as well as Our ultimate parent company and its subsidiaries. Destination educational institutions, such as universities, schools, and program organizers abroad, to the extent necessary to process Your registration, admission, and/or scholarship applications; b. Scholarship-granting institutions and Study Excursion program partners, to the extent necessary to process Your application; c. Embassies, consulates, and visa processing agents, to the extent necessary to process Your visa application and departure; d. Business partners, suppliers, and sub-contractors in connection with contracts We carry out with them or with You, including providers of translation, accommodation, and pick-up services; e. Payment service providers who process payment transactions for Our services; f. Advertisers and advertising networks that require data to select and offer advertisements relevant to You and other users. We do not disclose personally identifiable information to advertisers, but We may provide them with aggregate information about Our users; g. Analytics providers and search engines that help Us improve and optimize the Platform. We may also disclose information to third parties: a. In situations where We sell or purchase a company and/or assets, We may disclose data to a prospective buyer or seller of such company or assets. b. If PT. Selaksa Abdi Karya Terpadu Indonesia or substantial assets related thereto are acquired by a third party, the Personal Information We hold about Our users will be one of the assets transferred. c. If We are under an obligation to disclose or share data in order to comply with legal obligations and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PT. All payment transactions on the Platform will be encrypted. By submitting Your Personal Information on the Platform, You consent to the transfer, storage, and processing that takes place on Our Platform. MARKETING MATERIALS We and Our Partners may send You and/or Your parent, guardian, or custodian direct marketing, advertising, and promotional communications via push notifications, WhatsApp, mail, phone calls, SMS, email, and/or other messaging applications ("Marketing Materials") if You have agreed to subscribe to Our mailing list and/or agreed to receive marketing and promotional materials from Us.
