2. Scan of National ID Card (KTP)
3. Scan of Passport Photo
4. Scan of Passport Front Page
5. Family Registration Card
6. Pre-Graduation Certificate
7. Recommendation Letter in English / Mandarin (from 2 individuals/Schools)
8. Study Plan Essay in English / Mandarin
9. TOEFL / IELTS Certificate
10. HSK Certificate (if taking Mandarin as the language of instruction)
11. Medical Check-Up (Indonesia)
12. Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK)
13. National Identity Card (KTP)
14. Graduation Certificate
